Coaching Staff

Henderson joins the Green Terror coaching staff for the 2022 season.

A four-year defender at Division II University of Tampa, she was named to the SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll all four years.

A human performance major with a concentration in exercise physiology, she spent the 2021 season as an assistant girls' lacrosse coach at Northern High School in Owings, Md. 

She has also spent time as a wellness coach and personal trainer at the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA and a seasonal recreational leader for the City of Tampa Parks and Recreation.

While an undergraduate, she was a Spartan Ambassador in the Tampa Admissions office, advocating current current student’s university experience to prospective students and their families and guiding famiies on daily admission tours and open house events.

She has been a part of the women's lacrosse BIPOC Coaching Symposium.
